How do I access the program?
I use a video chat app called Practice Better (PB) that allows us to connect easily. You can ask me questions and get answers within 24 hrs. Plus you can use it to log meals and get useful feedback.
Do I need to be vegetarian?
Nope, while I use a plants to add antioxidants to your diet, you don’t need to be vegetarian or vegan to be successful in this program. You just need to be open to using plant food strategically to improve your PCOS symptoms. That said, if you are vegetarian or vegan, come on in!
How is this program different from other PCOS treatment programs?
I have developed a personalized, anti-inflammatory approach that works – my clients get their periods back, feel more energetic, see improvements in hair and skin and lose belly fat without dieting or feeling shame about their bodies or cultural background. Is it OK if I’m also on a GLP-1?
Yes, absolutely – even if you’re on a GLP-1 and losing weight, you still need to know how to lower inflammation, balance hormones and get enough protein to avoid losing muscle.
What do other PCOS programs get wrong?
- Other programs are often unnecessarily restrictive and ask you to cut out gluten, dairy, carbs or other healthy foods that are actually useful for PCOS.
