What’s the difference between a Registered Dietitian and a nutrition coach?

Registered Dietitians are licensed healthcare professionals trained to treat hormone-related and metabolic conditions using evidence-based nutrition.
Many nutrition coaches are not regulated and may lack clinical training.

Working with an RD means your care is science-backed, individualized, and insurance-eligible — not trend-driven.

Do you use supplements or herbs?
