What that doesn’t mean – cutting out any major food groups, changing your dietary preferences (i.e. vegan, vegetarian), cutting out gluten, dairy, caffeine, alcohol, dessert or enjoying life. You get to enjoy all those things , and you can follow your chosen dietary preference with smart tweaks to help you thrive!
